Webinar: Talking Circle: Improving Access to Services for Two-Spirit and Native LGBTQIA+ Victims of Human Trafficking

Webinar: Talking Circle: Improving Access to Services for Two-Spirit and Native LGBTQIA+ Victims of Human Trafficking

When: Thursday, January 25 at 12 PM

Hosted by: Office for Victims of Crime's Human Trafficking Capacity Building Center

Overview: Two-Spirit and Native LGBTQIA+ individuals are some of the most vulnerable populations to human trafficking. While there is no defining characteristic of a human trafficking victim, traffickers often target victims’ vulnerabilities such as a lack of social support networks and financial or housing insecurity. During this no-cost webinar, panelists will discuss common barriers to accessing services, resources to reach Two-Spirit and Native LGBTQIA+ survivor populations, and partnerships to support a broad spectrum of needs.
