This session dives into the “Paradox of Arriving,” exploring how adrenaline depletion and unnavigated trauma often surface only after physical safety is assured. Attendees will learn to transition from traditional trauma-informed care to actionable, trauma-responsive approaches that view survivors as complex human beings rather than mere case files or “perfect victims”.
