When a youth comes out of trafficking, who is walking alongside their family through what comes next? Who walks with them through the fear, the guilt, the long climb back? And what does it cost the youth's recovery when no one does?

Most service providers can name what trafficking survivors need. Far fewer programs have figured out what to do for the parents.
Standard parent partners aren't trained on trafficking. Trauma-informed parenting programs don't address trauma bonds, re-victimization, or the long, complicated work of rebuilding trust between a parent and child after exploitation.
This webinar brings together three people doing this work from different angles, to talk about:
Why parents are so often the missing piece in survivor recovery
What it actually takes to support a parent β from first disclosure through reintegration
The moments that tend to break families (hypervigilance, broken trust, blame between parents) and what helps
Where service providers can plug in, even when working directly with parents isn't their role
If you work with survivors of trafficking in any capacity β whether you serve them, support their families, or sit at the table when these cases come up β this conversation is for you.
All webinars are recorded. Register even if you canβt attend live, and weβll send you the full recording afterward.
