We are thrilled to have Sacramento County & Capital Stars Behavioral Health Group from our very own Ending the Criminalization of Minor Victims of Sex Trafficking OVC grantee site present on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 9am PT.
Sacramento County, partnering with Capital Stars BH, is comprised of a group of individuals with lived experience providing services to sexually exploited youth. The Consultation, Support, and Engagement Team (CSET) was developed to address the growing incidences of commercially sexually exploited children (CSEC) or those at risk of being exploited for all youth under 21. The program provides community-based outreach to engage and build relationships with identified youth and to provide support in linkage to appropriate services. CSET staff meet with children and youth at risk of exploitation and their families/caregivers in a safe, convenient location in the community. CSET bridges the gap for access to mental health services when they are in a new stage of change.
Please join us for this engaging discussion about their programming, services, and aspects about the Sacramento BRAVE specialty court! A gentle reminder to invite your immediate team as well as any relevant stakeholders.
