Managing Partnerships and Confidentiality

12:30 pm PT / 1:30 pm MT / 2:30 pm CT / 3:30 pm ET
Victim service providers collaborate with partners across disciplines to support survivors, but often struggle to help these partners understand their confidentiality obligations. Starting in FY24, direct service providers who receive Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) funding through the Office of Victims of Crime are expected to follow strong confidentiality obligations outlined in the Violence Against Women Act. The team from OVC TTA provider, Project Roadmap, will join us to briefly share related resources for task forces. This webinar will begin our Managing Partnerships and Confidentiality Webinar series.
Join us for session focused on confidentiality & information sharing in community collaborations. After this training, participants will be able to identify differences in confidentiality and transparency between collaborative partners and discuss practical strategies for managing collaboration information with respect for confidentiality.
Please use the registration form to request accommodations.
Everyone will receive the English and Spanish recording links and follow-up resources in the HT Confidentiality Toolkit. There may be a delay to ensure accessibility of the recordings.
