Webinar: What You Need to Know About Eligibility Letters and Certification Letters for Foreign National Trafficking Survivors

Overview: Foreign national minors and adults in the United States who have been subjected to a severe form of trafficking in persons are eligible for certain benefits and services under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. This training by OTIP staff will help participants understand the process to request Interim Assistance Letters, Eligibility Letters, and Certification Letters, which enable survivors to apply for the same benefits and services as refugees.
