This training addresses human trafficking in Native communities. As a result of this training, participants will be able to:
1. Describe historic factors that contribute to the trafficking (both labor and sex trafficking) of indigenous populations
2. Describe trafficking in Native communities
3. Identify indicators of trafficking in Native communities
4. Describe trafficking resources relevant to Native populations
5. Describe methods of honoring cultural practices while providing support to individuals who have experienced trafficking
6. Explain ways to begin building a response to trafficking in Native communities
