Webinar to Discuss the Use of Participatory Action Research Framework to Improve Services for Girls

On April 12, 2019 from 1 to 2 p.m. WA Justice for Girls Coalition will present a webinar about the "Use of Participatory Action Research Framework to Improve Services for Girls who are at Risk of becoming Court-involved."
In this webinar, presenters will begin by offering an overview of the needs experienced by girls who engage in status offense behaviors. Presenters will then provide a detailed description of how collaborative efforts between community members, non-profits, schools, courts and state agencies can be utilized to create a plan that lays out new and effective ways of addressing the needs of marginalized girls. Participants will have time to ask questions about processes and benefits of community engagement in their own work.
When: Friday, 12 April, 2019, 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM ***Please note, participants will not be able to join the meeting room 30 minutes or more prior to the event start time.***
